Typically, accommodation is required close to construction sites, logistics centres or other workplaces. Our houses are available from a minimum rental period of nine months or longer. Functionality is equally essential here.

The properties consist exclusively of single or double rooms and usually feature several kitchens as well as two to three bathrooms per house. Kitchens are equipped with a cooker, refrigerator, sink and washing machine.

The accommodation is simply yet comfortably furnished, ensuring guests can relax after work. Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi is another key benefit.

On historic sailing ships, bunks already represented a level of comfort compared to traditional hammocks. At our KOJE Hostel in Hamburg, the bed plays a particularly important role. Our high-quality box-spring beds offer not only comfort, but also excellent value for money.
